Dana Cup No.1 is a youth soccer tournament taking place every summer in Frederikshavn in the very north of Denmark. During the years, Dana Cup No.1 has hosted nearly 6 000 teams from all continents of the world! Each summer Frederikshavn is visited by 300 girls- and boys teams from 30 different nations. This international atmosphere makes the tournament a great multicultural event in the summerly Denmark where Frederikshavn shows its' very best side.

In 2010 the opening ceremony takes place on Monday evening July 12th. All games start on Tuesday morning July 13th at 8 am.

The finals are played on Friday July 16th and Saturday July 17th at the Stadium of Frederikshavn. An international yet intimate atmosphere, proximity to the accommodation and match venues. Warmth and friendship and a streamlined organisation and personal service for everyone. We do our best to take an interest in every visitor and we know that this is what he or she wants. The mixture of boys and girls has added an extra dimension to the tournament. It makes it possible for us to have a discotheque every evening, for example. A very popular activity for the young people, as you will no doubt appreciate!

In the end of the week, the leaders usually are exhausted... Please note that after the disco has closed at 11 pm, leaders shall be there and get their players back to the school.
